I have solved the clues.
For unclued answers I have 5 cities, 3 friendly terms and one part of the anatomy. They are not much help to find the 8 letter word especially if it is translated into another language.

Any suggestion on where to look? Thanks.

Hankir, you should have three friendly terms(all of which mean the same as the theme word), three words that would go before the theme word and three places that are in ???, the theme word.

At first your hint did not make sense. Then I realized that two of the five cities have to be separated.
Had to look up the foreign language word for the theme word.
