Been on the couch since about 5am.

Slept most of the day away, still ludicrously sleepy. Going to sleep here tonight. Managed a slice of toast but now my tummy is a bit iffy again...hope it passes soon and takes the headache with it.

Thank you Fraser I'm doing my best, I think if the headache/tummy ache go I'll get on better but fingers crossed for a good kip

Queenie when I find I can't eat - a little bowl of cereal with ice cold milk helps. Also a small taste of porridge.

And on a very big hindsight I think you should have left the 'flu injection well alone until you much better.

Sista got it flu injection some years ago and really got bad side effects. I am a numpty - so far I haven't taken it. Enough going on my body thank you very much. Keep well Queenie. A little moderation. Goodnight
