hi there...just need bit of help with a quick question. It is wednesaday today when our local paper comes out and me being a bit of a procrastinator have jobs still cut out from last weeks paper. I might be able to give myself the kick to do them today ...but is it worth it? they dont have closing dates on so am i to presume that they close as soon as they get a letter from someone they want?

If you want the job apply straight away. I bin all C.V's after a few weeks (though I always put a closing date on them) By applying late you are showing that you are not realy interested, and are not very quick off the mark.

I look at the jobs in our local paper online so if yours has them online, maybe you could find out roughly what time daily they update their site and get ahead start on some of the other applicants?

You could always give them a ring and ask if you can email an application in.
