Dartford Crossing: How To Pay In Advance For Non-Uk Registered Car

If you live in the UK and have a UK-registered car, the system seems basically fairly simple - you register on the website and either pay in advance or use a Payzone terminal after having made the crossing.

However, I have been unable to find how I, with a non-UK registered car, can pay for just one northbound and one southbound crossing in advance. The northbound crossing would be no problem as I could easily find the time tp go to a shop with Payzone facilities but, for the southbound crossing (probably in a rush to get to Dover), I do not want to chase around going to a Payzone point.

Can anyone give me a link as everything I have found just takes me round in circles and refers to UK-registered vehicles?

Thanks.

Thanks. I've been there before and all I could find was reference to registering a UK car. This time, everything seemed to work and I have made the payment by credit card for the two crossings.

Cheers.
You could just do what most non UK registered vehicles do and that is ignore and cross for free.
