To Work, Or Not To Work???

Went to sleep about 10 last night. Was woken up by my Westie at 11.30 who was barking at the storm. Fell back to sleep about 12.
Was woken again at 2, same thing again. Now wide awake and am supposed to get up at 5 to do my usual 2hr driving commute into London for work.

Question is, do I book the day off coz I know I won't function properly through lack of sleep, or do I dose up on the caffeine tablets and hope for the best?

Bit of a moral dilemma.

If you can do so without being in trouble, book the day off, no point in feeling crap all day, stay home with the dog.
To work. Or not to work. That is the question.

Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or yet to go back to bed and slumber perchance to dream.
