Yes. Quite correct. I was given a dose of contrast during the 'op' procedure to insert aortic stents. Very next day (much too soon) given more contrast for a CT Scan to check positioning of stents to ensure they hadn't moved. Should be a min of 72hours between doses of contrast or acute kidney injury can occur as it did in my case.
