i bumped into my ex in a bank the other day and she initiated conversation with me, i replied that i was not there to talk to her and left, i then returned and waited away from the queue for her to leave so i could join the queue and continue with my task of closing my account, as she left she instead of walking a different way walked straight past me.

after this she called the police and said i had followed her in there and had planned to do so then spoke to her 1st which is untrue. With my daughter 2 months away from being born and this court date set I'm worried of the outcome being its for breaching a harassment order, can anyone advise me of what the outcome could be please

commonplace in harassment orders

the so called victim initiates a conversation and then reports it as an unlawful contact. wait and see
and recollect that the bank should have video that the police can access

I think you did the right thing - the video should back you up

wait and see - one of my tenants did this six times and got six weeks in prison so I dont think there will be much fall out

and next time ... walk away
