... about 9,500 transactions per week on average (I happen to have found this out today), by 0.8 (since not every transaction involves taking money), by 14 (a sensible amount on average) gives roughly 100,000 per week.
when did you last withdraw 14? The record withdrawal was apparently over 2 million in one christmas weekend at a cash machine "darn sarf", but they don't hold anywhere near that amount at a time for obvious ramraiding reasons, instead they are refilled on a regular basis. Certainly they wouldn't last all week without being refilled, lisaj. Sorry i can't give you a figure scubaboy, and i doubt you will get one for security reasons.....
When I worked in the bank it all depended on the location of the cash machine and the day of the week...ie. Oxford Street banks would hold more cash than a sub branch in a quiet location, and more would be put in on a Friday than on a Monday
14 is an average you plonker ;-)
