I am a council tenant downstairs and my upstair neighbour owns
her house , we share a path so i can access my back door..
The neighbour constantly moves my bin from my front door and leaves it round the back path... What rights do i have ? She has just moved in last year and i have been here from 1983 Without a problem with any neighbours this was my parents house... Please help !!

She may think she is helping you, maybe a quiet word thanking her but saying you prefer it at the front might work
Birdfeeder makes a good point, best not to assume its a problem before checking
I might do the same. It cannot enhance the property with a bin parked at the front.
I think I am with Johnny on this one.
^^^agree with above. Unless absolutely necessary, I think a bin at the front of a property looks.....well, rubbish!

Take pride in your property, don't hide it behind a bin!
I agree with all above, sounds like she is helping you without being asked.

If you struggle to bring it back to the front on collection day perhaps mention that fact , she may help with that too?
Try filling it with so many bricks that she can't move it.
You'd be popular when they came to collect.;-)
I mean temporarily, of course. It presumably has to be at the front for the day the bin men have to empty it. Then put it back and stuff it with heavy stuff to discourage the neighbour
Sorry, I now have this image of a lady stuck head first in a wheelie bin once a fortnight trying the get a pile of bricks out - forgive me if you are serious but.............

Isn't it easier to have a chat and get along with your neighbours?

It's what we do.
Atalanta - that sounds an awful lot of work!

Could you chain it to a drain pipe or something?
I get the impression suzie has it at the front every day in which case I can see why the neighbour wants to move it to the back.
The neighbour may well want to but that may not be the neighbour's choice.....as various of us have all said, Suzie needs to talk to her neighbour.
Suzie, is their any particular reason why you prefer to have your bin by your front door ?.
There not their.
We had similar prob to your neighbour. The flat door on the landing opposite our door always had a dirty mop outside it.... the first thing we saw when we opened our door. I don't think I'd like your habit either. Keep friends with your neighbours at all costs, change can be good, go with it.
I'm wondering now if this was a wind up.
