ANAESTHETIST anagram of "a saint's teeth".


Any one know what the logic is behind this answer? or I have I got it wrong?

Sorry pandabear didn't make it clear.


Clue is: "Number of a saint's teeth removed"


Answer I have needs to fit "a?a?s?h?t?s?" for which OneLook only comes up with "anaesthetist". This is an anagram of "a saint's teeth" but I cannot see the logic!

. . .haven't seen this puzzle either. Very often clues referring to 'Anaesthetist' have 'Number' as part of the answer, ie 'Numb' +er. Cheers, ja
