Got a nice rack of lamb for £4 from Tesco's reduced to clear area.

Never cooked one before...any suggestions ? Roast?

To be served with cauliflower cheese and sweet potato chips

I had a nice piece of lamb recently, it was in a 'mint & redcurrant gravy.
The taste was out of this world!

Make sure you don't overcook it - it should be served very pink.
