Daisy have you got probs with the line or has the phone it self gone kaput ?.

if daisy is on a router, it sounds like the phone, routers can work off one line....

Daisy...if the trouble is with your line, then you are stuck with BT as nobody else supplies telephone lines.

Still not sure though if your are complaining about your telephone or your telephone line.
