I'm after something like this:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/6-NYLON-SHOULDER-COVERS-CLOTHES-DRESS-SUIT-COAT-GARMENT-HANGER-DUST-PROTECTOR-/271528741020?hash=item3f385fc89c:g:~3cAAOSw7PBTpfpi

My t shirts and shirts hang in the wardrobe, some of them unused for months and months and so they gradually gather a bit of dust along the top .... so I'm after some kind of protector to place over the top of the coat hanger, to keep the dust off.

I need approx 40 ish, so I really don't want to be spending £1+ for each one - the ones in that link are nylon - cheap plastic/polythene will do.

Any ideas please ??

I use carrier bags with a hole bodged in the bottom. Try your local dry cleaners for shoulder covers - they use cheap ones that they buy in bulk and may be prepared to sell a few to you.

I've just found these:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/50-POLYTHENE-GARMENT-COVERS-Clear-Plastic-Dry-Cleaner-Clothes-Bags-36-/400893274504

... but they are full length, making access a bit more awkward .... I suppose I could cut them down.

Hmmm .... carrier bags might be an option ....

Looks like a trip to Iceland is in order .... just tried an Iceland carrier bag - it's a nice big carrier and it fits a treat and a steal at 5p each :)
I bought a pile from IKEA years ago. Don"t know if they still do them?.
