Is Britain going to follow Dubya's lead whatever he does? I mean, do we really want to get involved in a war with Iraq?

Want to? Not personally Need to? Probably not Going to? Sadly looks likely. Im quite tickled by the recent announcement of american training for foreign troops..... when an organisation trains troops in foreign countries to attack teargets to which it is ideologically opposed it is sponsoring terrorism. When the US does it it is fighting for freedom. Irony is a terrible thing.
Dubya - I think someone described him recently as a functioning illiterate - is not someone I would like to follow anywhere. Nor would I like the political leader of my country to follow him. And I don't call going around the world eliminating anyone I don't fancy as freedom-fighting. It's taken Dubya a while to find his feet, but now that he's playing wars, he has obviously found a taste for it.
There does seem to be an program in the US to elect progressively more stupid presidents. I'd thought they'd bucked the trend with Clinton, but then we found out about his mating predilections. At least Reagan had an excuse (alzheimers), but with dubya it does seem to be pure inbreeding.
