It is quick answer. It is a sounds like clue.
k with an arrow pointed at wick in Scoland = quick the rest of the clue is really strange. I cannot decipher it but the two letters ???w?r might indicate answer as the second word.

The signs are for females though, rc. So if you look at the diagram the pointer is pointing to a family tree. IE, the aunt. ;)
