Sorry if this is the wrong site but have noticed the advertising of this thing like a little stick that you plug into your TV and you get Netflix, this channel and that channel

What is this and also - can you buy it like a one-off or pay every month etc. Thanks

You don't need a smart tv. It turns a non-smart tv in to a smart tv and many smart tvs have all the services provided by the fire stick already.

Amazon Fire Stick isn't the only one - there are others. In my opinion, unless you have Amazon Prime, Roku is better.
