Yew is the only non-deciduous tree
= evergreen!
Yew. It's a conifer
^Actually a larch is a conifer too, but it is rare (unique?) in shedding its leaves.
Yes, Sandy, but interestingly larch is a conifer but is deciduous. Larix europaea, our only native, coniferous, deciduous tree. Beautiful light green foliage in Spring.
The Larch!
