Its arrived here in south east rain bucketing down. On it's way up North later. Good luck everybody and hope it doesn't spoil your plans.

Bad enough here in Northants now, Grass........no gardening...no cricket..... :-(
The rain is easing here in the far south-east corner, but it's very windy still. My neighbour's runner bean stand has fallen over :-(

Oh no! Not the runner bean stand ....
Really bad here. They didn`t pick a very good day for the London cycle race. They`ve shortened the route, apparently.
It's been lamping it down in Manchester for hours. Hoping we get some respite later as I need to go out.
The washing rack is still holding it up so the slugs can't get at the beans, grasscarp!

Talking of which - I bet the slugs and snails are loving this, nooooo!

Things you don't have to do today. Wash the car. Water the garden. Have a BBQ. Go for a walk.
Already been for a walk thank goodness. Zac has had a swim in the Derwent.
Chucking it down here in N Warwickshire - next door neighbour seems to be building a big boat & arranging animals in pairs ...
Just started hammering down here, the dog's having a hissy fit because he wants to go for his walk but he's not going anywhere til it dies down a bit.
Can he leave the snakes behind, Dave?.....I'm Irish....don't like snakes...
here in hampshire just had thunder and lightening (i've now come out from under the table) its chucking it down. x

Thunder, lightning and heavy rain in North East Kent. Dark grey sky, not a very nice day at all.
It's been raining since 10.30am here in Hull (East Yorkshire) but it probably needs 24 hours of very heavy rain before we're talking about a repetition of the 2007 floods...I hope...
