it's freezing cold, snowing earlier, blowing a hoolie as well,
I thought spring was here, or just about, what is going on...

if ~I had any cobwebs they were blown away yesterday on a walk with a friend... blooming ada it was sharp and its colder still today but at least its sunny and bright

March is still winter.

We have had snow as late as June in the past.

Snowed all day yesterday and that's it just back on again. Cars are having a real problem on my street - just watched one slide by, poor driver couldn't get the wheels to grip. Spring??

the poor flowers don't know where they are, spring flowers pop up, then are crushed again by the cold, wet...

People get mixed up between astronomical mid-winter and the seasons. As you say, winter is January, February and March. Today's local paper reports dozens of accidents on icy A90. No gritters out. All attempts to contact the road maintenance company over the weekend were unsuccessful
