Easily. Straight down on the Victoria line. Sometimes they do engineering works at the weekends and sections of lines are suspended so just check alternative lines.

Oxford Circus. If you go to the ticket office they have really handy pocket sized tube maps. I always pick a couple up and have them in all my handbags.

You can walk in in not much over half an hour - less if you are a fast walker

Or you can get the 73 bus from Oxford Circus and enjoy a pleasant ride down Park LAne and round Hyde Park Corner. Until 2004 you could sit on the top deck (nearside) and see over the wall of the gardens of Buckingham Palace as the bus went down Grosvenor Place. Now the route is operated by single deck "Bendy Buses" (aaaaargh).
