Flight paths vary. The route on the day is dictated by factors such as the winds aloft and the countries that the airline has clearance to fly to, or not - e.g. for political reasons or because of high overflight charges you may not fly on the most direct route. So no there isnt a website showing you what you fly over when airborne. Nowadays flights often have screens for passengers showing the position of the aircraft throughout the journey.
you can have fun tracking flights on http://flightaware.com or www.radarvirtuel.com

If you know your flight number you can track the aircraft and see which way it goes!
