Two pieces of unsliced bread and smoky bacon with a smattering of Tomato Ketchup. Normal bread suffices if we don't have unsliced. If I start late at work then I have to settle for a plain white roll with unsmoked middle bacon - still with Tomato Ketchup though!

eggs over easy. I know very american...but great eggs. they cook them and flip them over for about 30 seconds so that the whites are done and the yolks are just lovely and runny

a) has to be smokey bacon (plain stuff is like eating people, I'd assume!)
b) grilled and crispy
c) no where near bean juice or evil tomatoes..
d) not disguised in a sandwich - never trust food you can't see!
