English/Spanish/English Translation software

Anybody able to recommend a program to translate English/Spanish , Spanish/English. I have tried 'L&H' translator and the results are laughable. I have been told that to get a true translation I need to use a 'human' but thought I'd ask before going down that road. Any guidance gratefully received, Tia ,Gary

Having a degree in foreign languages, I can confirm categorically that all translation software is utter garbage - put simply, it is not capable of understanding the subtle nuances of language.

Thanks for remarks, one of my neighbours has just told me he used to teach modern languages and will do the translation for me (it's 20yrs of medical notes). Small world !, Gary
