Best exchange rate?

I'm going to Marrakech next month and wondered if anyone knows of the best place to change money in the UK? Or would I be better off changing a bit here and change the rest up when I get to Morocco?

Officially you can't get dirhams here and if you did (which you probably can if you try hard enough) it's illegal to take them into Morocco - or out again.

Don't think the law is over strictly enforced though, but it is a risk if you break it.
