I recently had my near brand new car stolen. The insurance claim was going through, I had written my statement, handed over the spare key and log book. The police rang the other day and told me they had recovered my car, i dont know what state it is in as they would not say. To be honest I dont really want the car back as anything could have happened in it whil it was not in my possesion (racing, damage to engine). Is there anyway I can reject my car and get paid out instead?
