Going to new york visa
I currently have no criminal convictions just a reprimand for graffiti ( criminal damage ) i got a few years back.
Will i be denied entry into the usa for this and will it come up on their computer, i take it criminal damage is not moral turpitude and on their website all though it does say if you have been arrested you will need a visa it also says if you have not been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude you can travel under the vwp.
