We are due to go to Florida in 6 weeks. My husband was fined for speeding on his motorbike in 1964 and it is still on his licence. Will we have any problems when we land as I know they are now very strict about things?

You are joking, aren't you?
I would think that he would be immediately interred in Guantanamo!!
Still on his licence after 40 YEARS? Does his licence consist of Roman numerals and Latin on payrus?
Just noticed my typo! That should read: papyrus.
A speeding fine lasts for 3 years from point of charge, if you sent your license to the DVLA they would update it to a Photocard license and also remove the speeding points from the license.
Only the one blemish on his licence in 40 years....proves the age of MIRACLES is still with us....it would have HAD to be a large capacity "MADE IN JAPON" Brit bikes of that era weren't capable of breaking spead limit....
