yes there is, i came back from Kos town 2 weeks ago and although i didn't visit the park i could see it from my hotel!

yes, sorry been a while replying, couldn't log in! I stayed just outside Kos town and i could see it from there! i would say it was about a 1/2 hour walk from Kos town... 10 mins by bus! Hope that helps!
