keeps people in work,i suppose,but,a s you say,@ what cost.ment to be less land fill.how much recycle goes into land fill if not correct plastic?
Well I presume that Tom Rawsorne is in favour of the next landfill site to be opened up near to where he lives then is he?
We have to meet European targets for recycling and landfill use which have been imposed upon us. Not a bad idea but completely inflexible at times like this.
he he - have to larf as have been burning my rubbish in the fire-place and got luverly heat from it.

Think I shoudl write to the Council and ask for rent rebate since they don't have to empty my bin......they even have the cheek to drive past my house and not even stop to check if I have any rubbish!
