Really really young. Otherwise you would never fit in a hose. Unless it was a really really huge hose, in which case someone quite a lot older could probably fit in.

This is a tricky one.

If we're talking garden hose then you would have to be embryonic.
Of course hoses come in different sizes.If you're talking about those huge yellow hoses, I guess a small adolescent could be accommodated quite comfortably.
