driving to Austria (Innsbruck)

Does anyone know what it might cost to drive to Innsbruck and the best route to take. I am trying to avoid costly flights during the Feb half term holidays - for our ski holiday with some friends.
I know it depends on the size engine and how fast you drive it! But would not have any clue as to where to start costing it!

If I were making the journey, and crossing from UK to France Dover-Calais, then I would drive to Luxembourg and tank up on what is almost certainly the cheapest fuel in Europe. From there I would go to Innsbruck via Mannheim and Munich then just east and south (via Raubling and Kufstein) to approach Innsbruck from the east. If in summer I would take a more direct route Munich-Innsbruck which involves a very scenic high pass.
