Want to visit Florida July 2009. Refused visa 1997 because had A.B.H. conviction in 1996. Told to re-apply after 10 years. What are chances of getting accepted this time and if i went on visa waiver would they have record of my application refusal? Served 6 months and have remained out of trouble since. Also, what crimes constitute moral turpitude?
