Parking in London on a Sunday

I need to park in the Bond Street area on a Sunday. (a) Do I have to pay a congestion charge? (b) Are parking meters still free on a Sunday?

As far as I know the congestion charge does not apply on a Sunday. I am not sure about whether parking meters are free, sorry.

You are OK Sundays on meters they are free or single yellow lines..do not park on double yellow or red lines also there is no congestion charge levied Sat or Sun...YET
