Hotel case update.

Dear members of Answerbank,
I am acting on behalf of a Blackpool hotelier,whom as you may know is suing one of your members for cleaning costs, after a three day stay at his establishment.
My firm has been instructed to pursue this matter through the courts, in order to recover these costs.

I am trying to gauge public opinion on the merits of this case, so any views and comments would be greatly appreciated. It is our intention to present these findings to the judge, to help assist with his deliberations.

I hope I have not taken up too much of your time, or interrupted you enjoyment of Answerbank.

The whole thing is a joke - but could destroy a business which has been NAMED.

It's appalling. "Excrement" to me means faeces and the whole thing is disgusting. Remember, a real life business could suffer badly because of this crap. I feel so sorry for them. If it's not a joke then it is a disgusting abuse of Answerbank.

You are right whiffey and I feel so strongly on this point because I live here and I hate it when people come here and slate what is on offer in my town! There are many many good hard working folk here, struggling to make thier businesses work and to reiterate, work so hard at it.

Not having a go hun, just trying to make sense of it all and yes......................I have spoken, over the telephone to this poor man who runs this hotel. Who indeed offererd for me to go and have a look at his hotel. No more to be said however, because on the road in question, they are a selection of really good b and b's. The majority with EXACTING standards.

I didnt supply the kebab Dr Filth. I would NEVER give a kebab away without a fight on my hands. Notwithstanding that, nor would I give away a blender that would blend one for me either.
