Skills are reasonably priced and several people have told me that they've really enjoyed holidays with them:

However, most coach operators only offer pick-ups in their local area. (There aren't many national firms). It might help people to suggest appropriate companies if you'd tell us where you're based.

I am from Scotland but thanks very much ...it is not a bad bus company and they will send me a brochure (PDF))
We went to Lloret for the past 2 years with Siesta on the coach and they are reasonably cheap.
We had no bother at all and I would recommend - this year we booked flights but booked the rooms with Siesta as it was cheaper.

Funnily enough we had a brochure of Skills holidays in our freebie paper this week and I have to say the deals look very good.

Worth a look or call for a brochure

My little girl and I went to the South of France from Lancashire. It took 27 hours but it was lovely just to be able to sit with her and have all the time in the world for her whilst travelling. We went with National Express Coach Holidays and it was very cheap. Last week in August 139 for me and half price for her. When we got there I was flabbergasted, 6 days at a Haven Site in a luxury 2 bedroomed Caravan, all entertainment, a bottle of Brandy and sweets on arrival in the lounge and a fantastic time. We stopped off at Paris on the way back and it was a very relaxing theraputic time.

National Express do some great holidays, we have been to Disney Paris with them, Legoland, Cadbury Land and the Cotswolds. All fabulous.

As well as summer trips (May to Oct I think) to France, Spain and Italy, this company does winter ski trips too.

Pick ups nationally, inc Scotland, to coach interchange in London.

Good value but sitting on a coach for 24 hours isn't for everyone! I worked for them tho and people would happily do these hols every year.
