how to travel from newquay to new zealand all the way by camper van, including ferriesto carry on to our destination by car?

Follow the road out of town and turn left at Indian Queens onto the A30.
(I assume this IS a joke question)
In any case there are no ferries to New Zealand. From anywhere. Except Stewart island.

nonetheless, dzug is right. You should be able to make it to Australia but it's still 1200 miles to Auckland. No ferries, no tunnels, though you might find a carrier that will ship your van across.
