Bubbles, if it is your first trip to Vegas you will have no problem filling the time as there is so much to see just wandering along the Strip and popping in & out of places. You can go up the Eiffel Tower in a lift in Paris, stroll the Grand Canal listening to the singing gondoliers in the Venetian, watch the erupting volcano at the Mirage & the pirate show outside Treasure Island. There's loads of stuff going on in the Caesars forum area.
My favourite thing of all is the fountains in front of Bellagio. There is a show every 30 mins from 3pm and every 15 mins from 8pm. My favourite number is One Singular Sensation from A Chorus Line but I can't find a good enough video on the web - most of them are amateur & too close to get the real effect but have a look at the 2 videos on this website by the people who designed the fountains

There are about 24 different tunes/fountain ballets.
Have a great time and take care - don't do what I did there in September when I tripped up, fell heavily on my face on the sidewalk & ended up in casualty with 8 stitches in my head & a $4200 hospital bill - thank heavens for holiday insurance!!!
