I travel frequently and find the use of a Bum bag is very useful but due to modern equipment switching to plastic I now have 5 Bumbags with broken clasps...Anyone know if it is possible to purchase either really substantial clasps or better still, metal ones?..Many thanks..Telboy

they are awful things,i bet you look a right dipstick with one on.
If you really ,really ,need to buy a bum bag get one with a buckle , would think a sports shop which sells ski gear would stock them . Have you thought about cargo trousers or cargo shorts ?? Oddles of pockets and trendy !!! No way would I let Mr Shehe wear a bum bag !!!!!!

With a Bum Bag you can remove it to have it scanned at the airport (keys & metal objects inside)..I guess Mr Shehe removes his trousers with many pockets eh?......Oh the ski buckle is not a bad idea!...Telboy
Mr Shehe was a security officer at an airport for 20+ years so no he would not be removing his trousers , but he would put all the stuff that he doesn't need in to the hold or hand luggage , you really only need documents and money , or medicine . Think NORMANTHEDOG had you sussed !!!!
I get the feeling this is a wind up but on the off chance it isn't you can either buy a new one on Ebay or got to Timpsons the shoe people and get them to fit one for you
I suppose telboy1938 could be on a wind up ,but doubt it as bum bag wearers are normally pillars of the community , help old ladies across the road etc. Not renown for a sense of humour or winding people up !!!!
That is very true SHEHE lol
