Cyprus is an EU member state. All EU countries are obliged to accept EU passports right up to the expiry dates which appear on them.

(Northern Cyprus is officially regarded by the EU, as being within the European Union but not under the control of a recognised administration. Even so, the Turkish authorities would still accept your passport as valid if you happened to be staying in that part of Cyprus which is under their control).
