When I want to print whatever is showing on the screen I find that my printer is only producing half of the picture and in bigger print than usual. Can anyone suggest what I can do?

What does it look like in print preview

Which programm are you working in - WORD- If so are you inserting the picture

Do you mean the only part of the pciture is appearing on an A4 sheet.

I am not well informed in computers; I do use Microsoft word, but when I print I press "printer icon" showing on the page; then a "print" grid shows up on screen and I choose number of copies. Sorry if this is vague, but as I said I am not good on pc's. J.
How are you putting the picture onto the page

Can you answer my questions then we can sort this out
Is just part of the picture being printed on a full page or just a small amount of picture with lots of white on the page

It seems to be that the paper isnt big enough to accommodate what is shown on screen.J

Most of my printing is quizzes and when I find one I want to use I simply press print, nothing else, I use A4 paper and do nothing else simply print whatever is shown on the screen J
Do you mean you are printing from the internet

Yes.
Now we are getting somewhere try this method click with your left mouse on what you wnat to print until it is highlighted then click right mouse button a menu will appear select COPY
Open a new WORD document then in the middle of the page right click select PASTE from the menu and you should have what you want on the page

Hi Yvonne, I have not, as yet, been able to right my problem with the printing, but my brother is visiting in a few days and said he will look at it for me. Thanks again for your interest and help. J.
