Leeds is a big place do you intend to stay in the City Centre. If so the Queens Hotel is good and it is next to the main train station, city square, night clubs , bars and resteraunts, etc

Quebecs. Nothing else comes close. However I've heard that 42 the calles is very good too. Try tripadvisor.com for a guide, but remember it mostly written by Americans, who have a diffrent perspective. Read the reviews of a few places you have been to already in other places to get a feel for it's level of critique.
