Has anyone who has been on the Virgin Voyager cross country train from Scotland to the South Coast noticed the random noises that come accross the intercom every so often. I think its sort of three repeated tones. Anyone explain what it is?

It is a signal to the crew to check the onboard information screens they have in the buffet section. It could be either a message or a call from another crew member on the train.
