Please can anyone surgest a good place to stay in toronto, my brother is going out there for 6 months, and wanted some reviews. Any welcome.

Try the Hostelling International. Their website should be easy to find. I stayed in one in Toronto (albeit about 9 years ago) but it was one of the nicest ones I stayed in and I stayed in about 30 over the course of 3 months!
