I know Nationwide claim not to charge customers for using their debit card while on holiday, are there any other banks/buiding societys that do not charge?

Not that I know of.

Liverpool Victoria (credit cards only - they don't do debit cards) also don't charge in Europe but do further afield.

And you say 'claim' - it's true, they don't.
