Suitcase weight

I am about to buy a new suitcase which i will use for 1/2week hols. Can anyone suggest a reasonably priced very lightweight one? The ones I have been looking at seem to weigh a ton before you even put anything in them- thanks

tescos are really cheap and there suitcases come in packs of three (sm, med and lrg) i always take the med for a 2 wk trip and large if longer.

they are soft cases not hard shells and has been reliable, sturdy and light to travel with

Thanks - didnt know tescos did suitcases- do you think the soft ones are lighter, the hard shell ones i have been looking at are all classed as "ultra lightweight" ?-- J
