I have 4 days in Hong Kong. What shouldn't I miss?

In 4 days you will be able to see all of Hong Kong .. so you won't miss anything. Most people just go for the shops, if you want anything made for you then you will need to order it at least 24 hours in advance ... so decide in the first couple of days.
Ride on Star Ferry
Take a ferry to Lantau Island and go to Po Lin to see Big Buddha - ride the tram though Central - take the Peak Tram - Go to Temple Street night Market (north-west of Nathan Road, TST) - If you are a Bond fan (and male) go to the Bottoms Up club in TST, just north of the Star Ferry terminal in TST, opposite HMV - have proper dim-sum - The Bull and Bear below the Bank of America Building does good UK food if your stomach is not up to the job of real chinese food - I lived in HK for three years and never saw it all but those are the touristy bits.

Hmmmm, getting teary eyed and nostalgic now.
