Hi Sozzie

Lagos ( said Lar-gosh ) is a beautiful small town with stunning beaches.Lots of lovely resturants/cafes.IMO one of the nicest towns in the Algarve.

I would recommend it 100% for a holiday.Make sure you hire a car to get to see some of the stunning coastline to the west and up towards Aljezure.

Also with a car you can really quickly get the the nearest waterparks and Zoomarine etc etc ( a 20 minute drive up the motorway ) if you have kids.

Great Jazz club behind the market hall too just incase your into that sort of thing.

I could go on all day!! Go for it !!

Susie

I was there last year and had a great time, Lagos is a lovely place, good range of shops, nice harbour, plenty of good eating and drinking places to choose from, you must get in one of the small boats that take you around the sights, amazing.

You will not be disappointed.

the algarve is my favourite place in the world. nice people, lovely surroundings, loads to do-zoo marine, aqua waterpark. you should go to the algarve shopping centre, its on the way to the zoo marine-big discount shopping centre but it also has a cinema and bowling alley and food courts. its open till well after midnight. enjoy!
