I am planning on going to Morocco at Easter - any tips on what I absolutely shouldn't miss?

Don't miss Marrakesh. The ancient quartier and the Koutoubia mosque are quite remarkable. Rabat is a lively place and Fez is a massive sort of melting pot of Moroccan civilisation. Less brilliant are Tangier and Casablanca, but still worth a trip
