Internal flights in Portugal masks are not required but passengers are told it is a good idea to use them

It's Ryanair to Spain. I'll bring a few in my pocket to be on the safe side.
It depends upon the rules imposed by the destination country. If that country requires masks to be worn on public transport the airline will ask passengers to wear them. However on our last flight to Athens in May Ryanair said masks were to be worn but some people were wearing them under their chins while others did not wear them at all. The cabin staff made no attempt to enforce the rule.
If it’s RA then I’d say not, we travelled with them last July to Malaga and there was no requirements
Have been using Ryan Air here for internal flights. Last week two passengers were using masks but they were coughing. Flight attendants were not

Esayjet and Jet2 didn't bother back in June.
Neither did Easyjet
Masks are still mandatory on public transport in Germany, so it’s likely that they are also on German airlines.
Flew to and from Malta, got back last night, no mention of masks.
A couple of passengers wearing them, no crew.
