I listened to the profile on Samsung on Radio 4 last week, and this fiasco could finish the company off. Its mistake was in making the phone too thin, and not testing it properly, which is entirely their own fault.

I shall stick with my iphone !

What I don't understand here is why anybody is still using a note 7 ? Samsung has told people not to use them and they should be able to get their mney back......so why don't they do that ?
